Music Notes

Music Notes is a website for purchasing sheet music that also has an app that is free when initially downloading it on the App Store.

The great thing about any music you purchase through Music Notes is that you can practice the music right there in the app with a digital accompaniment, similar to using the Appcompanist app, with the ability to hear the melodic line if you want as well as the ability to change the key and tempo.

A few things to note:

• THIS IS NOT THE DEFAULT FOR FINDING MUSIC—THAT WOULD BE THE MUSIC LIBRARY

  • This is best as a last resort, or for music that is appropriate to be performed in a key different from the original (like pop music)

• If there are multiple options, look at the music and make sure to get the best arrangement. If you don’t know, ASK!!!!!!!!!
